Proclamation No. 215

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF TAGA, MUNICIPALITY OF KATIPUNAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Taga, municipality of Katipunan, Province of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-70180, to wit:

Lot No. 1.—Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-70180, S. 76° 42′ E. 2,172.25 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Lubuñgan, thence S. 64° 53′ W. 59.13 m. to point 2; N. 31° 44′ W. 105.40 m. to point 3; N. 63° 38′ E. 60.37 m. to point 4; S. 31° 00′ E. 106.57 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 6,302 square meters.

Points 1 and 2, P. L. S. concrete monuments; points 3 and 4, int.

Bounded on the northeast, by Taga school site; on the southeast and southwest, by lot No. 1 of plan Psu-58230; and on the northwest, by provincial road.

Lot No. 2.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-70180, S. 79° 18′ E. 1,999.41 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Lubungan, thence N. 63° 43′ E. 57.60 m. to point 2; S. 26° 57′ E. 60.47 m. to point S; S. 63° 38′ W. 57.04 m. to point 4; N. 27° 30′ W. 60.58 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 3,469 square meters.

Points 1 and 2, P. L. S. concrete monuments; point 3, int.; point 4, nail in cross on tree.

Bounded on the northwest and northeast, by lot No. 2 of plan Psu-58230; on the southeast, by provincial road; and on the southwest, by Taga school site.

Bearings true. Declination, 1° 45′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-70180, sheet No. 1.

NOTE.—Lot No. 1 is a portion of lot No. 1 of Psu-58230 as surveyed for Felipe Cadavedo.

Lot No. 2 is a portion of lot No. 2 of Psu-58230 as surveyed for Felipe Cadavedo.
