PROCLAMATION NO: 215 ae

DECLARING FEBRUARY 11, 1988 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE

WHEREAS, the late Governor of Antique, Evelio B. Javier, died on February 11, 1986 in the pursuit of a dream to restore democracy in this country;

WHEREAS, the people of Antique, through their provincial officials, wish to be given the fullest opportunity to com- memorate his second death anniversary with fitting cere- monies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare February 11, 1988 es a special day in the Province of Antique.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
