MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 216 RESERVING FOR OYSTER DEMONSTRATION FARM SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PORTION OF LAND SITUATED IN THE BARRIO MANAT, MU­ NICIPALITY OF BINMALEY, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON, UNDER THE ADMINIS·TRATION OF THE FISHERIES COM­ MISSION Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agricul­ ture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provi­ sions of section 73 of Act No. 4003, as amended, I, Dios­ dado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserved for oyster demonstration farm site purposes, and for such purposes as would be conducive to the develop­ ment and progress of the oyster industry, under the ad­ ministration of the Fisheries Commission, subject to pri­ vate rights, if any there be, a cer'tain portion of land sit­ uated in the barrio of Manat, Municipality of Einmaley, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon, particularly des­ cribed as follows: Proposed Area (Manat, Binmaley, Pang'asinan) for an Oyster Demonstration Farm A Parcel of land (as shown on plan Nr-147, L.R:C. Reeord No. situated in the Barrio of Manat, Municipality of Binmaley, Province of Pangasimm . Bound d on the SW., along line 1-2-3, 8y Manat Bridge; on the W.
