Proclamation No. 217

RESERVING FOR EXPERIMENTAL AND PLANT PROPAGATION PURPOSES LOT NO. 3519 OF ILOILO CADASTRE

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to section sixty-four of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for experimental and plant propagation purposes, under the administration of the Director of Plant Industry, a parcel of the private domain of the Commonwealth of the Philippines known as Lot Numbered Three thousand five hundred nineteen of Iloilo cadastre number two, City of Iloilo, Island of Panay.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done at the City of Manila, this twenty-fifth day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the second.
