MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES , PROCLAMATION No. 217 RESERVING FOR PARK SITE PURPOSES THE PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON, EMBRACED IN PROCLAMATION NO. 241, DATED JULY 5,1929, AS REVOKED BY PROCLAMATION NO. 815, DATED DECEMBER 29, 1962 Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources ,and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdrew from sale or settle­ ment and reserve for park site purposes, under the ad­ ministration of the City of Baguio, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcel of land of the public domain situated in the City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, embraced in Proclamation No. 241, dated July 5, 1929, as revol{ed by Proclamation No. 815, dated December , 29,1961.
