MALACANANG MANILA (P fMprJ PROCLAMATION NO. 1:).1 AUTHORIZING THE BOY SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FROM 1 SEPTEMBER 1993 TO 30 JUNE 1994 WHEREAS, the noble and laudable purposes of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) deserve the full support of every Filipino and resident in the country, and every government office and agency, including the private sector; WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 787, S. of 1991, the BSP was authorized to conduct a National Fund Campaign during the period from 1 September 1991 to 31 August 1992; WHEREAS, such authority granted to the BSP was extended up to 31 August 1993 under Proclamation No. 73, S. of 1992; and WHEREAS, the BSP needs additional time to enable it to raise more funds to effectively carry out its projects and achieve its goals and objectives. NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V.
