PROCLAMATION NO. 217

DECLARING TUESDAY, 13 JUNE 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SILAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental, will have its annual fiesta celebration and cultural activities from 05 to 13 June 2023;

WHEREAS, considering that 13 June 2023 is the culmination day of such momentous celebration, the Sangguniang Panlungsod requested that Tuesday, 13 June 2023, be declared a special (non-working) day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Silay be given full opportunity to participate and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 13 June 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental.
