Proclamation No. 219

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SANTA MARIA, MUNICIPALITY OF UMIÑGAN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, a tract of land of the public domain situated in the barrio of Santa Maria, municipality of Umiñgan Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14988, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14988, N. 12° 45′ W. 191.36 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 7, Umiñgan cadastre, thence S. 1° 14′ W. 53.78 m. to point 2; S. 70° 28′ E. 52.17 m. to point 3; S. 55° 10′ W. 54.75 m. to point 4; S. 50° 43′ W. 39.84 m. to point 5; S. 11° 48′ E. 54.04 m. to point 6; S. 56° 20′ W. 27.70 m. to point 7; N. 14° 52′ W. 251.46 m. to point 8; N. 83° 07′ E. 104.64 m. to point 9; S. 0° 23′ E. 59.63 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 17,406 square meters.

Points 3, 8, and 9, old monuments; and the rest are B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.

Bounded on the northeast, by lots Nos. 2911 and 2907; on the east, by lots Nos. 2912 and 2911; on the southeast, by lots Nos. 2909, 2908, and 2906; on the southwest, by lot No. 2903; and on the northwest, by lot No. 4841 (lot No. 2904-A, Psd-12519).

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 50′ E.
