BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 219

DECLARING TUESDAY, 20 JUNE 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 20 June 2017, marks the 70" Charter Anniversary of the City of Dagupan; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 20 June 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
