WHEREAS, the Quezon Méyjorial Circle sins to perpetuate he memory of a great leader who devoted his lifetine to the attainment of Philippine Independonce and the welfare of his people;

WHEREAS, the Wuezon Memorial Circle Development and utification Committee has undertaken the develepment, landscapins and beautification of the 26-heetare Circle in the nation's capital; and

WHEREAS, the civic project undertaken by the Juezon Menorial Circle Developuent and Beautificetion Comuittee eserves the wholehearted support of all segments of the community;

_ NOW, THEREFORE, I, PERDIUAND L. MARCOS, Sresidont of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Quezon Memorial Circle Development end Beautification Committee to conduct a national educational and und campaign during the period fron larch 16 to June 16, 1966. I suthorigze government officials to accept for the Committee fund-reising responsibilities. I call woon all citizens snd residents of the Philippines to assist in this drive by giving generously of their means so that this laudable civic project may be completed,
