MALACANAN6 Manila PM5 LI8RARY SfP 0 2 199Z - BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PIIILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 22 AUTHORIZING THE HEART FOUNDATION OF THE PHILIPPINES TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR ANOTHER YEAR, FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 1992 TO AUGUST 31, 1993 WIIEREAS, the Heart Foundation of the Philippines was authorized under Proclamation No. 794 dated March 19, 1991 to conduct a national fund campaign from March 19, 1991 to March 19, 1992; WIIEREAS, the humanitarian campaign of the Heart Founda- tion of the Philippines merits continued support to enable the Foundation to service a greater number of the poor and under privileged who are suffering from heart disease and re- lated ailments; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the (teart Foundation of the Philippines to conduct a national fund campaign for another year, from September 1, 1992 to August 31, 1993.
