PROCLAMATION NO. 220. we ee {=

DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 1988, AS "CALOOCAN CITY DAY."

WHEREAS, February 16, 1988, marks the 26th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Caloocan; and

WHEREAS, the residents af Caloocan City should be given the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city's histary with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, 1, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do nereby declare Tuesday, February 16, 1988, as "Caloocan City Dey". The day, however, shall be a regular working and schosl day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I wave hereunte set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines ta be atfixed.
