RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE TANTANGAN CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF TANTANGAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Tantangan Central ElementarySchool, under the administration of the Department of Educa-tion, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain si- tuated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Tantangan, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 8255-B, Csd-ll-OO9624-D (Tantangan Central Elementary School) A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot-8255-B, Csd-ll-009624-D) a portion of Lot 8255 and equivalent to Lot 11079, Pls-73, situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Tantangan, Province of South Cota-bato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the Northwest along lines 1-2-3 by Road, on the Northeast along line 3-4 by National Highway; on the Southeast along lines 4-5-6 by Lot 8256, Pls-73; along line 6-7 by Road, along lines 7-8-9-10 by Lot 8255-A, Csd-ll-009624-D; along lines 10-11-12 by Road and on the Southwest aong lines 12-13-1 by Road.
