BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 220

DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 JUNE 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on Friday, 23 June 2017, the City of Batac, llocos Norte, marks the celebration of its 10" Charter Day; and

WHEREAS. it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batac, llocos Norte, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion

with appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 23 June 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Batac, Ilocos Norte.
