RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE LAYA EAST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF LAYA EAST, MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK, PROVINCE OF KALINGA-APAYAO, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the LAYA EAST ELEMENTARYSCHOOL, under the administration of the Secretary of Educa- tion, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain si- tuated in Barangay Laya East, Municipality of Tabuk, Pro- vince of Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon, which parcel is more particularly described as follows: Lot 564-A, Csd-2-05-005573-D A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 564-A, Csd-2-05-005573-D), a por- tion of Lot 564, equivalent to Lot 16784, Pls-93, LayaPublic Land Subdivision situated in Laya East, Municipalityof Tabuk, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the Northeast along line 1-2 by Lot 564-B, Csd-2-05-005573-D; on the Southeast along line 2-3 by Road (Lot 564-N, Csd-2-05-005573-D); along line 3-4 by Lot 364M, Csd-2-05-005573-D on the Southwest along line 4-5 by Lot 531, Pls-93, Lala Publi~ Land Subdivision and on the North- west along line 5-1 by Lot 1024, Pls-93 Lala Public LandSubdivision.
