BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 221

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, AS SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CAVITE ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748.

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 01-262 dated 27 September 2001 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area in Municipality of Rosario, Province of Cavite, as special economic zone to be annexed to the Cavite Economic Zone, consisting of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN (27,987) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

LOT 1487, T.C.T. NO. T-950213 Rs-042108-001746 San Francisco De Malabon Estate ' (Sp-04-002033)

A parcel of land (Lot 1487, T.C.T. No. T-950213, Rs-042108- 001746, San Francisco de Malabon Estate, L.R.C. Record No. 5964), situated in the Barangay of Tejeros Convention, Municipality of Rosario, Province of Cavite. Bounded on the S., along line 1-2- , by Irrigation Canal and beyond by Lot 1488; (Leonida Solis), on the W.; along line 2- 3 by Irrigation Canal; and beyond by Lot 1431; (Teopilo Pugeda) on the NW., & NE., along lines 3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 by Irrigation Canal and beyond by Lot 1484; (Pio Nufiez); on the E., along lines 10-11-1 by Irrigation Canal and beyond by Lot 1486, (Dionicio Ratonel) all of San Francisco de Malabon Estate.
