Proclamation No. 222

RESERVING FOR HEADQUARTERS PURPOSES OF THE BOY SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES A PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE PHILIPPINES, KNOWN AS LOT NUMBERED THREE, BLOCK NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED NINETY-THREE OF THE MANILA CADASTRAL SURVEY, MANILA.

Pursuant to the provisions of section sixty-four of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for headquarters purposes of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, a public corporation created under Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and eleven, a parcel of the private domain of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, known as Lot Numbered Three, Block Numbered One hundred ninety-three of the Manila Cadastral Survey, City of Manila, Island of Luzon, containing an area of 8,503.6 square meters.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done at the City of Manila, this fifteenth day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the second.
