DECLARING THE APPROVAL AND ADOPTION OF THE PHILIPPINE STATISTICAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR 1993-1998 statistical under the WHEREAS, the improvement of government services is one of the development strategies Medium-Term Philippine Development Plan; WHEREAS, to implement this development strategy, the National statistical Coordination Board has formulated the 1993-1998 Philippine statistical Development Program in consultation with various producers and users of statistics; and, WHEREAS, there is a need for concerted and coordinated effort to support the effective implementation of the Philippine statistical Devlopment Program. Pursuant to this Proclamation: The National statistical Coordination Board (NSCB) shall, as lead agency, coordinate and monitor the implementation, periodic assessment and updating of the Philippine statistical Development Program. 1.
