BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.224

DECLARING TUESDAY, 20 JUNE 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS. the City of Lipa marks the celebration of its 70” Founding Anniversary on Tuesday, 20 June 2017; and

WHEREAS, it 's but fitting and proper that the peopie of the City of Lipa, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President. RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday. 20 June 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.
