DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2002, AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING DAY IN THE CITY OF TACURONG
WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 18, 2002, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Tacurong;
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tacurong be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 18, 2002, as a special non-working day in the City of Tacurong.
