BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 226

DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 SEPTEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ~OS BANOS, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Friday, 16 September 2011, marks. the 395" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Los Bafios, Laguna;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Los Bafios, Laguna the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 16 September 2011, as a specia! non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 16 September 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Los Bafios, Laguna.
