DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 7 SEPTEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE
WHEREAS, Wednesday, 7 September 2011, marks the 440" Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Cavite;
WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Cavite the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 7 September 2011, as a special non-working day.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Wednesday, 7 September 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cavite.
