BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 228

DECLARING THURSDAY, 22 JUNE 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, the City of Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur marks its 48" Charter Day on Thursday, 22 June 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 22 June 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur.
