BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 229

DECLARING MONDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE BILIRAN

WHEREAS, Monday, 26 September 2011, marks the 151° year anniversary as a municipality of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 26 September 2011, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 26 September 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran.
