MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 23 DECLARING THURSDAY, 4 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN PASCUAL, PROVINCE 0F BATANGAS WHEREAS, Thursday, 4 August 2016, marks the Foundation Day of the Municipality of San Pascual, Batangas; WHEREAS, it is but fltting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Pascual, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. IVIEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 4 August 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sam Pascual, Batangas.
