MALACANA~ Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO .230 DECLARING FRIDAY, AUGUST 20, 1993, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF LUCENA WHEREAS, Friday, August 20, 1993, marks the 32nd Charter Anniversary of the City of Lucena; WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lucena be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, August 20, 1993, as a special day in the City of Lucena. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
