BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 230

DECLARING THURSDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON- ‘WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BACOOR, PROVINCE CAVITE

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bacoor, Province of Cavite marks the celebration of the “Araw ng Bacoor” on Thursday, 29 September 2011;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Bacoor, Province of Cavite the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 29 September 2011, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 29 September 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bacoor, Province of Cavite.
