The said area shall be known as the "Masinloc and Oyon Bay Marine Reserve" and shall be under the administration of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources pursuant to Republic Act No. 7586 (NIPAS Act of 1992). Sa

The primary purpose for the establishment of this = marine reserve is to protect and conserve the ecological, — scenic, scientific and educational features of the area. te Sustainable development of the area shall be pursued to -

address the social and economic needs of the local. . communities without causing adverse impact oon the: environment.

The destruction of the coastal and marine resources, including Mangroves, coral reefs and seagrass beds or any other activity which could disturb or destroy these resources and ecosystems are hereby prohibited.
