DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 JUNE 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMPLONA, NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Friday, 16 June 2017, marks the 67" Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Pamplona, Negros Oriental;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pamplona, Negros Oriental, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary,

by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday,

16 June 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pamplona, Negros Oriental.
