Proclamation No. 233

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BAGBAG, MUNICIPALITY OF SOLSONA, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Bagbag, munic­ipality of Solsona, Province of Ilocos Norte, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Mr-SSG, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-3SC, which is identical with B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Bagbag, municipality of Solsona, thence S. 7° 44′ W., 94.24 m. to point 2; N. 83° 03′ E. 110.00 m. to point 3; N. 7° 44′ E. 94.24 m. to point 4; S. 83° 03′ W. 110.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 1.0027 hectares.

Point 2, B. L. B. M. No. 2; points 3 and 4, stakes.

Bounded on all sides by public land.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 01′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-386.

Surveyed: October 20, 1911.

Approved: July 7, 1937.

NOTE.—This lot is identical with lot No. 3, II-5400-C, as surveyed for the same applicant.
