Proclamation No. 234
RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL. OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CAMIGUIN, MUNICIPALITY OF CALAYAN, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF CAMIGUIN.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Camiguin, municipality of Calayan, Province of Cagayan, Island of Camiguin, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-384, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-384, N. 22° 08′ E. 409.51 m., more or less, from triangulation station Sta. Sap (U. S. C. & G. S.), barrio of Camiguin, municipality of Calayan, thence S. 10° 11′ E. 33.22 m. to point 2; S. 86° 40′ W. 92.87 m. to point 3; N. 8° 22′ W. 129.88 m. to point 4; N. 71° 51′ E. 49.62 m. to point 5; S. 31° 16′ E. 89.30 m. to point 6; S, 22° 31′ E. 31.96 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 1.0637 hectares.
Points 3 and 4, galvanized iron, spikes on crosses on trees; and the rest are B. L. concrete munuments, 15 by 60 cm.
Bounded on the northeast, by properties of Crispiniano Tugade, Pancrasio Miguel, and Lazaro Delgado; on the south, by property of Francisco Reconoce; on the southwest, by China Sea; and on the northwest, by property of Valentin Abad.
Bearings true. Declination, 0° 40′ E.
