Proclamation No. 235

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 419, SERIES OF 1931, A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE BARRIO OF JULONG-DUHAT, MUNICIPALITY OF MALABON, PROVINCE OF RIZAL.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation Numbered Pour hundred and nineteen, series of nineteen hundred and thirty-one, and reserve for road purposes, under the administration of the provincial board of Rizal, a parcel of land situated in the barrio of Julong-Duhat, municipality of Malabon, Province of Rizal, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15085, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15085, N. 80° 42′ W. 213.68 m. from corner 11, FF-43-A-Amd., and N. 27° 03′ W. 2,324.00 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 2, municipality of Malabon, thence N. 73° 44′ E. 9.00 m. to point 2; S. 14° 54′ E. 163.22 m*.* to point 3; S. 76° 16′ W. 9.02 m. to point 4; N. 14° 54′ W. 162.83 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 1,469 square meters.

Point 1, galvanized iron spike on cement foundation on wooden post; points 2 and 4, B. L. concrete monuments; point 3, nail on top of wooden post.

Bounded on the northeast, by lot No. 1 of plan Mr-117 (lot No. 25, Bsd-308) ; on the southeast, by lot No. 172 (Calle Naval) ; on the southwest, by lot No. 2 of plan Mr-117 (lot No. 26, Bsd-308) ; and on the northwest, by Calle Azucarero.

Bearing’s true. Declination, 0° 48′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15085.
