wEERLAS, the Foundation for Youth Yevelopment in the Fhilippines, Inc., (FYDF) was authorized under Proclamation No. 93, dated April 14, 1987, to conduct a national educa tional and fund campaign for a period of one (1) year frou April 14, 1987;
wHEREAS, the Foundation needs more time for the conduct of its drive to attain its fund goal;
WOW, THEEAPORE, I, CORAZON C. AyUINO, President of he Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by itaw, do hereby extend the national educational and fund campaign of the Foundation for Youth Development in the Philippines, Ine., until april 15, 1989.
IN wWIDNESS WHERECGF, I have hereunto set my hand end caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to he affixed.
