Proclamation No. 236

RESERVING FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF NON-CHRISTIANS TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF RECODO, CITY OF ZAMBOANGA, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-four of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby reserve for the exclusive use of non-Christians, under the administration of the Commissioner for Mindanao and Sulu, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the District of Recodo, City of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Pr-215, to wit:

Lot No. 1.—Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-215, S. 60° 32′ E. 633.44 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 10, Zamboanga West Extension, thence N. 34° 47′ W. 207.10 m. to point 2; N. 0° 27′ W. 114.40 m. to point 3; N. 79° 06′ E. 38.09 m. to point 4; S. 1° 46′ E. 22.60 m. to point 5; N. 83° 57′ E. 33.30 m. to point 6; N. 83° 57′ E. 33.20 m. to point 7; N. 79° 12′ E. 34.70 m. to point 8; S. 7° 54′ E. 55.51 m. to point 9; S. 1° 52′ E. 207.75 m. to point 10; S. 1° 52′ E. 1.77 m. to point 11; S. 75° 18′ W. 32.97 m. to point 12; S. 10° 08′ W. 10.01 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 3.0590 hectares.

Points 1, 9, 11, and 12, P. L. S. concrete monuments; point 10, post.

Bounded on the east, by lot No. 124-B, Zamboanga West Extension, Sulu Sea, and lot No. 2; on the southeast, by lot No. 2; on the southwest and west, by lot No. 125 of Zamboanga West Extension; and on the northwest, by pro­vincial road and lots Nos. 124-B, 124-A, and 123 of Zam­boanga West Extension.

Lot No. 2.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-215, S. 60° 32′ E. 633.44 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 10, Zamboanga West Extension, thence N. 10° 08′

E. 10.01 m. to point 2; N. 75° 18′ E. 32.97 m. to point 3; S. 36° 23′ W. 15.01 m. to point 4; S. 75° 18′ W. 24.20 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 0.0260 hectare.

Points 1, 2, 3, and 4, P. L. S. concrete monuments,

Bounded on the southeast, by Sulu Sea and public land; on the west and northwest, by lot No. 1.

Bearings true. Declination, 1° 51′ E.

NOTE.—Lot No. 2 is a portion of Fl-371 as surveyed for the Philippine Desiccated Coconut Crop.
