BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 236

RESERVING FOR BARANGAY GOVERNMENT COMPLEX SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUA- TED AT BARANGAY STA. LUCIA, CITY OF PAGADIAN, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, |, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for Barangay Government Complex Site purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain located at Barangay Sta. Lucia, City of Pagadian, Island of Minganao, which is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2, MR-09-0500002) situated in the Barangay of Sta. Lucia, City of Pagadian, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along line 2-3 by Public Land; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Seaside Boulevard; on the SW., along line 4-1 by Prop. Road; and on the NW., along line 1-2 by Marcelo Dablo Street. Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan being S. 22-52' W., $32.86 m. from B.L.L.M. # 3, Pls-119; thence

N. 749-44 E,, 1609.96 m. to point 2; S., 1°22" E., 119.73 m. to point 3; S. 76°-04' W., 110.06 m. to point 4; N. 15°=20' W., 117.15 m. to point 1;

point of beginning; containing an area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND AND TWENTY SEVEN (13,027) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and earmarked on the ground by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 X 60 cms.; bearings true.
