MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.236 ESTABLISHING AS PINAMACAN RIVER WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE FOR PURPOSES OF PROTECTING, MAINTAINING, OR IMPROVING ITS WATER YIELD AND PROVIDING RESTRAINING MECHANISM FOR IN- APPROPRIATE FOREST EXPLOITATION AND DISRUPTIVE LAND-USE A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DILASAG, PROVINCE OF AURORA, ISLAND OF LUZON, PHILIPPINES Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment andNatural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V.
