PROCLAMATION NO. 236

DECLARING SATURDAY, 17 JUNE 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY iN THE CITY OF LAPU-LAPU

WHEREAS, on Saturday, 17 June 2017 marks the 56" Charter Day of the City of Lapu-Lapu, Cebu; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lapu- Lapu, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 17 June 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Lapu-Lapu.
