Proclamation No. 237

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PAITAN, MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOMBONG, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agricul­ture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of sec­tion eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the ad­ministration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Paitan, municipality of Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14271, to wit:

Lot No. 1.—Beginning at point marked "1" on plan Swo-14271, N. 66° 11′ E. 1,363.32 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 7, Bayombong cadastre, thence S. 33° 55′ E. 130.19 m. to point 2; N. 55° 45′ W. 158.31 m. to point 3; N. 71° 58′ E. 61.22 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 3,833 square meters.

Bounded on the northeast, by lot No. 2635; on the south­west, by road; and on the northwest, by lot No. 2627.

Lot No. 2.—Beginning at point marked "1" on plan Swo-14271, N. 65° 55′ E. 1,295.44 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 7, Bayombong cadastre, thence S. 55° 57′ E. 158.48 m. to point 2; S. 66° 34′ W. 89.43 m. to point 3; N. 21° 37′ W. 133.72 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 5,976 square meters.

Point 3, B. L. concrete monument.

Bounded on the northeast, by road; on the southeast, by provincial road; and on the southwest, by lot No. 3159.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 45′ E.

NOTE.—Lot No. 1 = Lot No. 2626 of Bayombong cadastre No. 45, Ext., case No. 3.

Lot No. 2 = Lot No. 2624-A, Bsd-4914 = Lot No. 3158 of Bayombong cadastre 45, Ext., case No. 3.

All corners not otherwise described are old B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.
