BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 239

DECLARING THURSDAY, 15 JUNE 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUGUEY, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on 15 June 2023, Thursday, the Municipality of Buguey, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of its 427" Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Buguey be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 15 June 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Buguey, Province of Cagayan.
