DECLARING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 20, 1986, AS A NON- WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF’ LUCENA.
WHEREAS, August 20, 1986, marks the 25th anniversary foundation of the City of Lucena; and
WHEREAS, the residents of Lucena City should be given the opportunity, to celebrate this milestone in their City's history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President. of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, August 20, 1986, as.a non-working special public holiday in the City of Lucena.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal cf the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
