DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2019, AS SPECIAL {NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 7, 2010, marks the 439" Foundation Day anniversary and 70" Charter Day anniversary of the City of Cavite;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Cavite, the opportunity to participate in the various ceremonies and activities designed to give meaning and significance to the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare September 7, 2010 as special non-working day
