DECLARING TUESDAY, 02 AUGUST 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KABANKALAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 02 August 2022, Tuesday, the City of Kabankalan, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of its 25" Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kabankalan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with

appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government; ,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare

Tuesday, 02 August 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Kabankalan, Province of Negros Occidental. .
