Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me dy law, I, CORAZON C. A. WINO, President of the Fhilippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for trade schocl site purposes under the admi- nistretion of the birector of Vocational sducstion, sutgect to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of lsnd of the cublie dcmain situated in the municipality of saivador, Frovinee of Lanse del Norte, Island of l-indanao, which is more perticularly cescrited as follows:
