BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 240

DECLARING SATURDAY, 01 JULY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG

WHEREAS, Saturday, 01 July 2017, marks the 104" Foundation Day of the City of Dipolog; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dipolog, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secreiary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 01 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Dipolog.
