Proclamation No. 241

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 30, DATED MAY 15, 1916

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby amend Executive Order Numbered Thirty, dated May fifteenth, nineteen hundred and sixteen, in such a way that the parcel of land reserved thereunder for provincial hospital purposes, and excluded from the operation of Executive Order Numbered Fifty-two, series of nineteen hundred and eight (civil reservation number forty-two) should be as herein below described, to wit:

Lot No. 1, public hospital site.—A parcel of land (lot No. 1 of the consolidation and subdivision plan Pcs-458, being a portion of the consolidated lots Nos. 188-A and 188-B of plan Pr-132 and lot No. 1346 of the cadastral survey of Cotabato, G. L. R. O. Record No. 296), situated in the barrio of Manday, municipality of Cotabato, Province of Cotabato. Bounded on the N. and NE., by lot No. 2483; and on the SE., SW., and NW., by lot No. 2 of the consolidation and subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 33° 00′ W., 449.97 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Cotabato, thence N. 16° 44′ W., 76.00 m. to point "2;" thence N. 24° 47′ E., 64.95 m. to point "3;" thence S. 86° 07′ E., 96.60 m. to point "4;" thence S. 33° 14′ E., 55.50 m. to point "5;" thence S. 50° 03′ W., 11.93 m. to point "6;" thence S. 4° 09′ E., 25.17 m. to point "7;" thence S. 5° 44′ W., 84.31 m. to point "8;" thence S. 23° 16′ W., 30.46 m. to point "9;" thence N. 57° 45′ W., 123.35 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of twenty thousand nine hundred twelve square meters (20,912), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan, and on the ground points "1," "5," "6," and "9" are marked by P. L. S. concrete monuments; points "2" and "3," by old B. L. concrete monuments; point "4," by old P. L. S./B. L. concrete monuments; point "7," by old hole in rock; and point "8" by old tack in blaze of tree; bearings true; declination, 2° 00′ E.; date of the original survey, August, 1916-April, 1917, and that of the consolidation and subdivision survey, December 8, 1933, and November 11, 1934.
