DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2002, AS A SPECIAL NON- WORKING DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 3, 2002, marks she 34" Charter Foundation anniversary and Recognition Day of the City of Iriga;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Iriga should be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 3, 2002, as a special non-working day in the City of Iriga.
