BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 241

DECLARING SATURDAY, 01 JULY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, Saturday, 01 July 2017, marks the 142™ Foundation Day of the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 01 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac.
