RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sle, entry, disposition, or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of Paquibato Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in paqui- bato District, Davao City, Island of Mindanao and more parti- cularly described as follows: A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot No. 145, Pls-626, situated in Paqui- bato District, Davao City, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on theNE, along line 3-4 by Lot 144; on the SE, along line 4-1 by Lot 142; on the SW, along line 1-2 by Lot 141; on the NW, along line 2-3 by Lot 146 all of Pls-626. Beginning from point marked "I" on plan being N. 77 deg. 08'W., 6,339.27 m., from MBM N 16,Cad. 276. thence N. 76 deg. 34'W., 209.44 m. to point 2; thence N.' 31 deg. 27'E., 293.50 m. to point 3; thence S. 39 deg. 21'E., 158.87 m. to point 4; thence S. 15 deg. 54'W., 183.19 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of FORTY ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR (41,184) SQUARE METERS.
