DESIGNATING THE PERIOD FROM JUNE 1 TO JULY 15, 1964, FOR THE SIXTEENTH ANNUAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE COMMUNITY CHEST.
To enable the Community Chest to carry on its community welfare services, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate the period from June 1 to July 15, 1964, for its sixteenth annual educational and fund campaign.
I call upon all residents, firms and organizations in the City of Manila, Quezon City, Pasay City, Caloocan City and municipalities of Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Navotas, Parahaque and San Juan, Province of Rizal, to support this campaign and to give generously to the Community Chest which units into one annual appeal the fund campaigns of the following welfare agencies:
