BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 243

DECLARING SATURDAY, 01 JULY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, on 01 July 2023, Saturday, the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac will mark the celebration of its 148'" Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Moncada be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 01 July 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac.
